Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PT DigitalApp and the services we provide. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Retailer Agreement

Retailers must complete KYC verification before trading. All sales are conducted at face value. Paytill sets margins and reserves the right to adjust them based on volume and performance.

3. Wallet & Payments

Wallet credit is provided by Paytill. Retailers are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance. All transactions are final once fulfilled.

4. Product Delivery

Products are delivered digitally and in real-time. PIN codes and vouchers are non-refundable once revealed to the customer.

5. Termination

Paytill may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these terms. Retailers may close their account with 30 days notice.
